CHESHIRE MARK MASONS AGM 2024
Welcome to the booking form for tickets to this years Annual General Meeting of Mark Masons in the Province of Cheshire.
Tickets for the AGM meeting are free, and this year we have decided to hold a brunch meeting before the AGM instead of the usual dinner after the meeting. So if you would like to attend the meeting and attend the Brunch before hand please use the options below to make your choices.
BOOKING FORM FOR ATTENDANCE OF THE AGM AND THE BRUNCH
Tickets for the actual AGM are free, the brunch cost is £12.50 per Person and includes either a full English breakfast, tea, coffee, fresh orange juice, or a continental breakfast including croissant and pastries etc.
Please select “Yes” if you are attending the brunch or “No” if you are just attending the meeting and “Add to basket“, after that please click “View Basket”.
Brunch Meeting 10:00am at the Whitby Club
Breakfast will be served between 10:30am and 11:00am, because of time constraints the kitchen will close at 11:00am.
There will be no seating plan (apart from the Top Table) you can just turn up and grab some breakfast.
Our RWPGM will address the Brunch meeting at 11:00am and finishing at 11:05am giving ample time for the brethren to travel to the Civic Hall which is only a mile down the road towards Ellesmere Port Town centre.
AGM Meeting 1:00pm at the Civic Hall, Ellesmere Port
The AGM meeting will start at 1:00pm Prompt and we ask that all are in their seats for 12:40pm.
Heads of companion orders, past leaders of the Province of Cheshire, ProvGM of other Mark Provinces will be paraded in to our Provincial Meeting, please remain in your designated robing rooms until summoned by the DC team.
The meeting hopes to be finished around 3:00pm
